First year growing and my sweet peppers in the greenhouse are looking really good. Plenty of fruits on all the plants, just one problem. Some of the peppers have have developed a brown soft part at the bottom which looks like they are rotting. Any ideas what is wrong.

It sounds like Blossom End Rot. The causes are similar to those for BER in tomatoes. I've had it on my plants.

It is usually caused by underwatering or significant fluctuations in the water
available to the plant. It can be caused by calcium deficiency and a dose of calcium nitrate will help prevent new fruits from being affected, but the damaged  ones won't get any better. I'm pretty sure you can eat the good bits of the damaged one though.

Apparently another possibility is sunscald but that requires temperatures of 35C plus.
