You can pick your friends, and you can pick your nose, but you can't pick your friends nose

Read further down and you will see Tim's PFA.He tells you when he planted them too.

Lift as & when you wish. Like Earlies. But leave as many as you can for storage into Spring.

This was yesterday's meal.

PFA can either be lifted early as a salad or left as a late maincrop. I won't lift mine until the end of September.

PS Whenever you dig them, they are 'salady'.

very impressed with PFA. Never bothered with maincrop pots before. Good yield too, even this early.

Chunky Chips Tonite!  ;D

I'm growing PFA for the first time this year. I haven't lifted any yet but after looking at these pictures I'm tempted to have a peek at the weekend.

Don't they get slug or other beastie damage if you leave them in the ground right through autumn?

saddad

Can do Kathryn... but unless your soil is particulary infested not as much as you would like... a dose of Nemaslug can help...  :-X
