Allotments 4 All

I have grown all of these before - but I'm not sure I'm getting the best from them. I've just potted on the Aubergines (about 6 inches tall) and about to do Peppers (same size) and perhaps plant Melons into bed in polytunnel.

Should I be pinching any or all of them out??? Any other tips for more fruit from them? Any advice welcome.   ;D

The Melons need a lot of pinching at set points to get decent sized fruit.. I don't tend to pinch out Aubergines and Peppers  :-\

'They' say pinch out Aubs & Peppers, but I never have.

Thanks guys - at what points do I pinch out the Melons then??  :-[
