Allotments 4 All

I made a start today on clearing my new plot.
It looked like there was nothing other than weeds and grass in it.  but after a very little bit of clearing, I found treasure!!!!!
About 10 raspberry plants
1 blackcurrent
1 red current
lots of rhubarb
and what looks like a thornless black berry.
As I am not sure what kind of raspberry's they are and they were very unkempt, I have cut them back and put up some new supports ready for their regrowth.
I went over today to clear the space for the shed to go on, but after finding my treasure got carried away clearing that area instead.
Never mind the shed base can wait till the weekend. :)

Woohoo!  What a find!  All we found on ours was lots of glass, coke cans and general cr*p!  Lucky you, that's a great head start! Some pics would be good...!

Your thornless blackberry may not be a blackberry, if you're lucky its a Logan berry,  or possibly a Tay berry. I'm sure there's another cross but can't remember what it is right now.
