Hi Val! It's really great to see you back again. It's all very well having a fancy new computer but you do need to learn how to use it!!!!! Were the mice eating the cables of the last one?

Hope all is well with you and yours,

;DThats probably why the last one died, it sort of went phwatt then nothing. Now you know why I wouldn't use Franks. Computers and me aren't compatible, I still wonder how the words come on the screen...well in my case not. I didn't know A4A was down, oh well I can blame that for mine.

Hi from me too.  I'm a computer cabbage so I've signed up with Learn Direct and am plodding my way through the course. (Handy hint - if you enrol at your local library, the course - and subsequent courses - are free!)  When A4A went off the air, I thought my computer was FUBAR (reference: Tango and Cash)

Hi Feets, Took the computer to the shop and after a few days we went back, it was sat on the floor with completely knackered written on it, so I guess there wasn't much to save really, it was quite old and with me using it must have shortened its life span even more. Frank did one of those courses, he said it was quite useful there were people there who didn't know anything and others who whizzed through, so he didn't feel an idiot being somewhere in the middle. ;D
