Hi guys

I just picked some lovely purple sprouting brocolli and I am thrilled because it has been an battle with the pigeons (flying rats) and they seemed to be stadning doing nothing and almost overnight I got lots.

How would you suggest I cook it - I want to celebrate it - and steaming seems so bland??

Jitterbug, steaming it, to me is the best way!  Almost better than fresh asparagus! ;)  (Course both taste even better if slathered in butter ;D )
