Sorry if this is a very dumb question, but I was musing over my trays of potatoes that are chitting nicely, and noticed that some varieites have purple sprouts, others are green. Does this relate to anything, for example flower colour?
If it's not pouring with rain, I'm either in the garden or at the lottie! Probably still there in the rain as well TBH....🥴

They sound fine to me. Colour is usually down to the variety.
