Hi, some of you kindly shared seeds with me for mini veggies.

Today I am starting to plan this.

I want to see how much I can grow without a real garden(apart from the lottie of course)

My rear garden at the house is very  very tiny with paved areas and just a couple of very narrow borders, so it is a good place to try as I cannot cheat.

I do have a very small greenhouse in there.

I have fruit trees growing in pots but will have to move them out to the ;lottie i think.

Any ideas would be appreciated, I do have a couple of books and am familiar with square foot gardening.

For those interested I will keep a log or something.

Do not forget window boxes  ,first floor too!

They aren't square foot, more like 12" x 18" but I've just got  some of those wooden boxes for upmarket wines from a friend and am going to use them as mini raised beds, mainly because I hate to see anything thrown away! Do you have a wine merchant near you? Oddbins sometimes have them.

Thank you for that idea, I will check it out XX Jeannine

Hi Jeannine,

If my mini finger carrots don't go in my swop you will be more than welcome to them.  Grew them in a pot last year and they were very good/
