You're doing a great job, Ken. It's much easier to start with a well designed set of rules at the start, and soften them if they appear too draconian later down the line. It makes everything clear for everyone. and minimises the chance for misunderstandings.

Changing 'rules' at each suggestion will lead to chaos, having a set of guide lines thought out before hand with room for adjustment is the best way forward and I'm happy you and quite a few others agree.
