You can put a claim in here for a refund for certain ITV shows where they were deemed to have 'dodgy' voting in place.

I think they should refund it automatically by crediting it to your phone bill or mobile credit.

troubl is, we've changed our phone number and I've shredded all the old statements, we have a pay as you go mobile so no statement, I don't think many people will bother, they have the numbers, they should do the paying out   :o

I think it is unlikely that ITV will refund everyone, cost of doing so will probably be the reason. It just stinks, gullible people will lose again.

Maybe if they gave the 8 million quid to a proper charity they would redeem themselves in some people's eyes, not mine though...

when the richard and judy phone quiz was shown to be a fraud they phoned my mum and dad up as they had entered a few times and asked if they wanted to claim a refund. i think they were obliged to phone everyone they had records of. i think itv will have to do the same.
