Allotments 4 All

I recently had a chat with someone who was chucking away a load of old Organic gardening magazines and I asked if I could have them, she kindly dropped them by and the first one I opened was from Winter 2000, it fell open on the letters page and the first thing I read was a letter from a Tim Elkington of Gloucestershire!! How funny is that! I pressume it is the same Tim?
