Aspic? Well, no!

Hot day - cool salad? Aspic? Too much hassle. Made stock of 100 Chicken wing tips last month. Set beautifully.

So - defrost, add Prawns, Crab, Tarragon, Lemon. Fish Sauce, White Wine.

Back if the fridge. Quite nice, really. Could have done with more flavouring but was frightened of diluting it beyond setting point.

Thought it might melt in the heat, but it lasted up!

Alright - I know it would look more appetising if crystal clear through egg white bashing, but it was worth a bash - IF you like aspic!
