When you click on "reply" it's udnerneath the "messages" box. You click on "additional options", then
"browse" and then you look in your photo albums for what you want to post.

Don't use smileys.

so where is the 'browse' option please?...........sorry to be a pain!

grawrc

I would ask Dan. Maybe he hasn't activated it yet. When I click on additional options there are the 3 options you mention, then underneath it says attach and there is a box and then the browse button. Clicking on that takes you into your documents/pictures and you can choose one. When you open it its address appears in the attach box and you send your post. If you don't have that and you've paid check it with Dan.

.. and back on topic .. I've been trying to cut down on the booze intake especially and then I lose weight. Mostly I eat very sensibly and well, but when I have a glass of wine or whisky or gts I always get hungrier and then eat too much.

it can be a case that you are not eating enough to lose weight you need to eat plenty to ensure your body doesnt think it is in starvation mode and hold on to all the calories it can get, i follow the slimming world healthy eating plan which means no food is banned lean meat fish etc fresh fruit and veg, regular amount of calcium rich foods and high fibre foods, the only things you have to limit your amounts of are things like sweets, chocolates, chips, crisps etc you can eat shed loads and still lose weight  ;D

I have been going to Weightwatchers for a year and lost 3 stone - but dieting alone won't do it - you do need to do the exercise as well - if I diet and don't exercise my weight sticks - as soon as I start exercising it comes off again - I swear by walking - I make myself go out if there is something I want to watch on tv - I have to walk for as long as the programme to earn it! (obviously before the programme comes on!) - and Debster is right - you may find if you eat more you will start losing

Something I try to drum into my mum and sister is to park as far away from the supermarket entrance as they can.  Just that extra walking is good exercise, especially pushing the trolley on the way back.  I always part at the top of multi story carparks and use the stairs - helps that I am nervous in lifts, and I always park at the back end of the carpark at Asdas.

Until I dieted, I didn't realise what a sweet tooth I have, not so much for choccy, just sweet stuff in general!  Peanut butter is a killer for me, that and my home made jam smothered on freshly baked, warm, white bread.
