Last time I was up the plot they were still doing back stroke, so am intrested to see how yours come on.

No squash and pumpkins, the two that were in the ground perished and the ones I had resown after the vandals never got out, I still have them hanging in in 3 inch pots but they are over a foot tall and the ground is still too water logged to plant them. Not for us this year I fear.

Really pleased that your spirits have been lifted, Jeannine - and makes me appreciate how lucky we have been  compared to you and others who have been flooded.  Fingers crossed for the stuff still growing.

Like everyone else, Jeannine, I'm so pleased that you and John have managed to salvage something. The best thing about your little harvest is that it's bringing you some happiness and hope - as well as a few tasty meals. Take care. xxx

Well done you!  Ashamed to say that you have harvested more than me - and I did not even have floods!!  :-[ Can't believe all your tomatoes already.  Me I have only had 2 sungold so far!!
