Is it possible to re use a growbag in the same season provided you fed the plants well or would it just be better to use the compost on the garden and start with new bags?

The used bag would be so full of roots that it would be unfair to expect a new plant to take well - I suggest.

I reckon it depends on what you grew in them. Personally I'd use one all season long for things like lettuce, radish and other fast crops with little root growth. If your talking tom's or cucumbers, etc...spread it on the plot.

Like Ken we spread our's out as a top dressing at the end of the season

Use the famous black buckets with the bottom cut out and filled with fresh compost , stand them in the openings and grow some new potatoes for xmas.

You will not have to water so often.

We are all bucketeers on this forum apart from Alishka who's buckets will not last until xmas.
