Allotments 4 All

As I can't work, and the kids are still at school, I am planning to take a day out to Hyde Hall in about 2 weeks time.  I figure by then my wound will be much better and I will have more energy.  It is only 2 minutes from me, but as yet, I haven't been.  Supersprout and I talked about it, but it was the first time she went into the hospice, so I never did get there.  Anyone been lately?  What should I look out for??  What should I take???
