Allotments 4 All

the dad of poor joe geeling who was murdered last year has a plot on our site, he has sadly given it up and the site manager has spilt it in half to try and get the waiting list down. a lady came at the weekend to have a look and has turned it down because it's overgrown and needs a lot of work doing on it. she wants one that is clean and tidy!?! plus one with a shed.. is she having a laugh? my plot was a mess when i got it last year and i never expected it to be tidy, i was just greatful to get one. the site manager told her that if she didn't take it she would go to the bottom of the list (61 and counting), she's turned it down and said she will wait.
i'm flabbergasted

good, that's where she belongs, you may get someone who's enthusiastic now.. ::) ??? :)

Quite frankly, I think she should be put at the bottom of the list together with a sticky pin.

I'm still waiting to see the allotments officer for the paperwork but I've started clearing this site just to have somewhere to put my shed.
