Allotments 4 All

I showed you this Red Kale when I had potted it up on 30/4.

Since then it has been on the bench with a steady 60F soil temperature.

So why such poor roots?

Tim I have no idea but would dearly like to know.I have 2 Maximus brussell sprouts that I planted late,they came up good ,potted into 3 inch pots and have stopped !! XX Jeannine
