Allotments 4 All

Got a nearly-full packet of T&M Purple Danube F1.  Sowed a short row, and as as we had never had it before I bought one at the farmers' market.  UGH!!!  It's horrible!  So the seeds are going begging.  I don't need anything in return.

It's probably my favourite vegetable! Was the one from the farmers market woody and bland by any chance?
