Looks really interesting - I have saved it to favourites too - lots of things to do with chard - if only the b****r would grow. [Why do you think they add caster sugar to chard & basil fritters?]

going to sent it to OH's long suffering sister to give her hope that perhaps one day her eldest daughter may eat something other than pasta with butter, MacDonalds, chicken nuggets or pizza.  Funny how she's not fussy at all when it comes to pudding.
