Allotments 4 All

Lettuce & Lovage Soup
Serves 6
6 little germs or any small lettuce
Handful of young lovage leaves
4 spring onions
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons plain flour
475ml16 fl oz milk
475ml/16 fl oz good vegetable stock
Salt and pepper

Wouldn't have thought the little germs would help.
