How much/often should we be watering our veg?

Can we kill stuff off by over watering?

If you mean seedlings in modules or pots try to keep them constantly moist not wet. You certainly can kill them off by overwatering.

If you mean grown plants, it should not be necessary if the soil is in good nick.

For pots, stand them on capillary matting?
