hi to everyone and anyone who can help me.

my problem concerns the task bar at the top of this forum (home, search, profile, etc).  i can get all this no problem in my laptop which runs windows xp, but there is nothing on my pc which runs the new vista.
i also cannot reply on every thread, (even new ones), only odd ones here and there.
so, am i just useless or does anyone know an explanation for this?
hoping for help as OH uses laptop at work so am limited in the day to using the pc!
thanks

Quick question, as a few people are haing this problem ...

Does your PC have mcfee installed on it?

You can email me admin@allotments4all.co.uk if you have trouble replying!

hi Dan, yes we do have the dreaded mcafee installed on the pc (avg on the laptop).  will this interfere with the site?

incase anyone else has probs like this, OH has sorted it for me/us. :)

basically:
click on macafee
click configure
click internet and network
on "web browsing protection is enabled" click advance
remove the tick from block advertisements that appear on web pages when you browse the internet.
click apply
restart computer.

hope this helps, im sure we can put up with the adverts (it helps dan).
