We have a full-standard peach tree on our lawn that is 18ft tall and about 10 years old. It gives 50-100 fruit each year that is between 5 and 10kg. No disease.

My Perigine is just starting to show buds, and my apricot is in full bloom,I am keeping my fingers crossed ,go away peach curl. XX Jeannine

My nectarine is now smothered in little fruits, but I've just picked off a few leaves that were twisted red and distorted, presumably peach leaf curl?

Can I get away with not spraying and just picking off the odd leaves do you think? :-\

Mp peach tree is now loaded with baby fruit. it has been outside all year ,uncovered. We brought apricot in but left the peach out without fleece. I had none and didn't have time ot get any. XX Jeannine

Wife spotted an apricot tree at the GC which claimed to survive outdoors in the UK. Has now survived 3 weeks but this weather is hardly testing so fingers crossed.

Barnowl. we lost the apricot but the peach left outside was fine. We bought them both together year before last late in season, the first year we had them really was last year, peach got fruit no problem ,apricot got foliage, this year it started to get growth and snuffed it I think,peach on the other hand is doing very well. We pulled the one into the dining room as it was the first to blossom, then the other one did a few days later and we had no room so we had no choice but to leave it out. Strange eh!! XX Jeannine
