Taken out before freezing.

And, PS, this was from there!

Ahh.  The last of last year's crop?

Seems to have survived freezing well - I've got loads of plants on their way so hoping for a bumper crop this year  :)  good to know I can freeze my surplus.  ;D

Wow Tim, I had no idea peppers froze so well! Looks yum , I guess they keep their flavour pretty well then?
Don't throw paper away. There is no away.

tim

Indeed - but, of course, lose their salad crispness.

I do most degutted & ready for stuffing.

emmy1978

Thats's what I was thinking. stuffed peppers or good for cooking with ie stroganoff etc?
Don't throw paper away. There is no away.

Yes, but I cut up the runts for incorporation.

Have you all sown your pepper (capsicum) seeds already?

- Maybe I should get mine started ...

Advice anyone?

tim

Here we go again. I know that I may be an oddity - the family keep saying so - but (without a heated 'house) I don't start mine until late March or April! We still get all we need.

Dare I say it again - don't rush into it?
