And, of course, they were not Dolmades. They were Stuffed Cabbage!!

Stuffing? Pru's Onion, Ginger, Carrot, Brown Rice, Aduki or similar cooked (or tinned) Beans. And a touch of Soy?

could you put on the recipe of the filling (cabbage)
Sorry but wouldn't know which order things go in etc

Sounds lovely though  :P

And how long would you bake in the oven when the sauce goes over top?

I did the stuffing, but used my Passata instead of soy/water.

Sorry about that - I'll  change it later - it's taking for EVER this am!!
