Hi - I need some advice please! Very new "lottie" person!
I have bought first earlies, late maincrop & salad  seed potatoes with the intention that they would harvest at different times of the year.  I understand how to chit them..my dilema is, when do I plant them?
First earlies as soon as risk of frost has passed but what about the others?  At the same time?  Do they just grow slower?
Also, I havent been able to get hold of any rotted manure for the potatoe bed, will organic fertiliser and a good dose of the wonderful compost I inherited on the plot do the same job?
Thanks in anticipation for your help - I LOVE THIS SITE!!

Trying a row of earlies under cloches is well worth a go. End of Feb, Early March would be a good time.
