Has anybody else had a rat problem at their lottie, they seem to have tunneled under a row of carrots and eaten through the row, leaving the tops growing as normal

We get free rat poison from our council for our site. Put a small bag at each entrance of the tunnel - just inside a little. Open it at the corner, sprinkle a little and leave the bag. The rest will do itself.

I have problems every winter. As long as I keep the supply of rat poison going, it's containable, but if I miss a couple of weeks, they very soon start building up.
