Does anyone have a good recipe for a curry dip? 

We used to love the set of four dips from Sainsburys which they no longer do, and wondered if anyone had a recipe for a similar one.  I am just planning New Year now and my lot all love curry so this would be ideal and would get some healthy veg in them!

Hi the best and simplest that I have used is a good quality mayonnaise and curry paste made to your own taste if you have no curry paste you can use curry powder but make it 24 hours before you need it or it may taste very powdery Good Luck ! :)

Or Greek Yoghurt or Créme as the base??

With curry powder, fry gently in butter or olive oil to amalgamate.
