you're right , Steve, ray's toes resemble the tomato apart from the moustache, in cxase anyone's wondering, he's had his toe nails removed today, they were ingrown so it's no lottie for him for a couple of days and he has to sit with his feet up today, terrible trial for him, and I mean that, he hates sitting still !!

Hope all goes well for Ray :) I had mine removed about four years ago, trust me, landed up with something called fennel(some such name) burning. They said it was reaction to the chemicals they use to stop nails regrowing. Took ages to heal (even had to wear soft leather boots to husbands funeral, good job I like wearing trouser suits :))).Both of mine have started growing again, just a small area so obviously job wasn't done properly. Ray were your injections painful? (maybe I am a wimp :)

all went fine, been told 6 weeks as he's diabetic, still, he's mobile today and I've got him on vit e for healing so everything should be o.k..wow, you went through some nasty times, hey  :( and yes, his injections did hurt, particularly the right one and, no, you're not a wimp  :)

BTW. How are the toes Ray, will you be able to do the soft shoe shuffle at Christmas??

thanks for asking, Lorna, ray's toes "continue to make good progress", even though he doesn't always follow the advice we've been given, some peeling bits but all the swelling's gone down, I reckon if I wasn't here, they'd be lucky to get soaked once a week, instead of once a day !!
