Hi si, you would be welcome to dig up a hop plant here in Peterborough if you're near :)

ruffmeister

id love the gooseberry but only have an influx on levanteria flower seeds, really well flowered plants bring in loads of bees, have pink and white varieties.

would that be ok?

OliveOil

I have grape vine - tell me how to cut it and I'll do it at the weekend for you!

Hi Ruffmeister, I have just planted a Lavatera but thank you for the offer :) I am hoping to swap my fruit bushes for other fruits because I only have a few, but will send one off to you if there are any left, or at worst next summer when/if the new ones have grown.

Thanks also OliveOil, you have pm.

Still working at a way to get to Peterborough? ~ I'm in Buckingham.

Keep at it si, pm me when you can make it :)

Hi, I have some Passiflora edulis (purple fruited one, self-fertile) seedlings. They are small but will overwinter indoors and grow quickly next year. Are you interested?  :)

Hi Tora, I am very interested :) how can I email/contact you? - your pm is full.

Sorry, Si! I've just deleted old messages so you should be able to send me pms.  8)

Am interested in either strawberry, gooseberry or black currant... :)

Hi Si,
I have  blackcurrant Ben Connan, would you be interested to swap it for Ben Sarek, may be in spring? I'll make a cutting and pot it up to root meanwhile.
Does it taste ok or a bit sour? Ben Connan is a bit sour I'm affraid.

Si

Hi Natasha,

I would love to swap a Ben Connan for a Ben Sarek next spring.
Ben Sarek is rather compact, growing between 3 and 4 ft and I find it good for growing in-font of taller currants/raspberries. The flavour is sweet and mulled with good fruitiness. Did you know that Ben Sarek is one of the parents of Ben Connan; it was crossed with Ben Lomond.
I'll pm you closer to the time... Can't wait  :)

Simon
