Allotments 4 All

Dan, I seem to have lost my email notifications ! 

I've checked my settings both on the board and in my email and both seem ok.

is it just me or is anyone else having probs.

Know mine has gone as well didnt like to say in case it was me  ???

good, good, we're now getting a better picture.

i've had the same problem on another message board over the last couple of days and i've got them working on the problem too.

i have tested yet another board (run by proboard) and that is working fine.

i've checked all my settings on all the messageboards and in my email settings and everything seems to be set up fine.

wonder if the two MBs i'm having problems with share the same server ???

I was expecting you to be AOL users ....

But you are not.  I'll look into the logs to try and figure out what is going on.

oh and btw, the "other board"'s notifications have just started to trickle through.  i've asked the webbie what plug he put back in.  if i have anything to report, i will.

And I thought it was just me, too! Thanks, my notifications are back now BUT every so often a notification is repeated along one line about 3 times -  impossible to click on to , and there's no 'unsubscribe to this topic' notification underneath. Anyone else getting that?

just to say that I am not getting notifications  :(

I am back up and running on both boards now.

The other webbie owned up to having done nothing to cure it.  We seem to think it was a ProBoard problem.

Anyway, alls well that ends well.

Changed so the screen does not go wacky!

ROFLMAO.....I'm still getting this rambling notification for SOME topics (ie Nostalgia) but not for others.

Just now, thought I'd mail Dan to ask him if he can suggest what's going wrong -
not thinking it's my end cos I'm not getting the whole notification, ie the 'unsubscribe
to this topic' line that comes underneath the notification.

So why am I laughing? Well, thought the easiest way to do it was to 'report to moderator'
my last thread for Dan to pick up......seems that I can't....the notice I got said that
you can't report your own post - that doesn't make sense!  ;D ;D ;D that's me laughing myself senseless)

Hmmmmm.....Dan, you seeing this?

I see everything.

I'm looking into this (and other things) hopefully everything will become lovely this week.

My notifications don't seem to work as they did either.
I got this just now
