I made chips for the first time in about 15 years tonight: Orla and Kestrel! I'd almost forgotten how to do it! ;D ;D They were v good! Oh dear! yet another fattening thing to enjoy. ::)

Ooooo, Kestrel good for chips? Twice fried and crunchy? I've got a LOT of Kestrel ::)
