Well go ON! BL.....EJ just hinted...I'm demanding ::).....so what were these 'interesting prezzies' then ??? ;D.....I know...a butter curler, bet you had a butter curler.....a Gift Wrapped Silver Plated butter curler, p'raps??

Okay Lishka, you asked for it!  ;D I did get some cd's, a beautiful cardigan/wrap, choccys, bouquet of flowers, lovely smellies, a clock that changes colour with each hour (it didn't photo well), when the alarm goes off it goes through it's whole reportoire, quite pyschedelic! My sister got it from a web site, called "things you don't need but must have"  :D

But I also got this interesting pressy.  It is a door knocker but where do I put it?  ;D busy_lizzie

My German friends sent this over with some chocolate and a candle.  It is an Easter decoration! Nobody could not call that interesting!  ;D busy_lizzie

The door knocker is mad but fab. Don't know where I'd put it?  Do you have an outside netty?!! heehee.

The teapot is cute and I'd like one with a hen on it.

The bunnies are indeed interesting  :D  I like quirky gifts. I was given salt and pepper pots which are koalas dressed like a granny and grandad.  Mad or what?! I mean what kind of loon would come up with that?  ;D Is that someones finest hour..."Today son I made two koalas with a dress, a waistcoat and pipe" "Wow Dad you are the best!"  " Ah but that's not all my son,I put holes in their heads from which the salt and the pepper may fall"  "My hero!"


I nearly bought a china rabbit in a charity shop today,it had me in creases,it was white,decorated with painted flowers,sporting huge buck teeth and thee most disgusting leer!  Dag nabbit I wished I'd bought it now. Hahaha!

You had me laughing Heldi!  I too like crazy things! I love the idea that my family and friends have sat down and really thought  "now what would she really enjoy having for her birthday" and gone out searching for something unusual!  I love them all!!  :D busy_lizzie

I am mortified BL :'(  How could I have missed your birthday.  The only excuse I have is that I have been a very busy lizzie myself recently.  Glad you had a fab day :)
