I have a PC with Broadband and a laptop which I use wireless.  All fine except today it won't pick up the wireless Speedtouch connection as normal and I am getting a Microsoft Error report regarding a PRISM ?!?!  I've looked on the Microsoft site but can't find anything.  The PC is working fine (touch wood) and all the right lights are on on modem/router.

Has anyone with any knowledge any ideas before I uninstall and reinstall the Speedtouch?

not much help but prism is the company that developed the speedtouch drivers. I take it you have rebootd the pc and tried again. If so reinstall and install again is possibly a quicker option than trying to fix it.

BTW did it go awol after installing anyting or changing settings

Well that would make sense about Prism.  My daughter was on the laptop and assures me (!!!!) that she wasn't downloading anything!

I think I will uninstall and reinstall later and see what happens.
