That is my Chusan Fan Palm Agapanthus.  It produces little flowers down in the prickles all through the summer.

Unfortunately not from yours GW.....yet!  ;D

So gorgeous EJ!  This is my favourite time too,  - everything is bursting with life.  The flowers are coming into their own and my allotment is filling up - it's wonderful!! busy_lizzie
