I am looking for plants to cover areas of my fence at the end of the garden.
A small part is covered by ivy, and another part with a rambler rose [Leontine Gervais].The rose is ok,but disapointing in its flowering.Persevering with it as a present from my late mum.
I was thinking of maybe another rose or clematis.Eventually i would like all of the fence covered.
My garden slopes upwards from the house.Any ideas. Regards Anne

Clematis , can usually find one for any aspect and any time of the year! Some grow at a terrific rate! (the montanas) I really depends on the aspect of your fence, facing south, total shade?   Hope this helps  DP

It's got to be honeysuckle, get a seat next to it and smell the aroma it is gorgeous  ;D , especially o a night.
