And we pickle a lot! And have a daughter +4 living next door!!

Tim, sorry to pick your brains!!! take it as a compliment !!!, but did you say that your greenhouse was unheated, was going to wait till may to put mine in, didnt realise that they would be o.k to sow in unheated greenhouse now??

I normally propagate in heat & grow on, on warm staging, in a cold lean-to, in 3 1/2" pots, before putting them into the bigger cold 'house.

This year they will go out from their current 3x2 1/2" cells.
