Allotments 4 All

I'd like to try growing some beetroot in a potager type border.  Can anyone spare me a pinch of Bull's Blood or a similar variety please?  I have plenty of seed to offer in return.

Not BB, but I do have Forono spare, if you like the cylindrical type - good leaves, and because of the cylindrical shape can be grown closer together.

Hmmmm.  I've never tried Beetroot before.  Forono look like they might need a very well cultivated soil whereas my border is probably only good humus for about 30cm deep.  Do you think they'd be okay?

Will pop some Forono seed in the post, would you like to try Burpees golden beetroot too?
Or I could arrange for you to get modules later in the week?

I have some Boltardy as well if anyone is interested.

Supersprout If you have any spare - I would love some of the BB or a bit of the golden one as I am also putting into a cottage garden.  Don't need many - six or so.

Let me know if anyone wants some of my Boltardy.
