New camera downloads fine on my account, but refuses to do so on daughter's??

With all previous Canon cameras there has been no discimination.

I use this - it came with a canon camera but I have to say I also tend to use it for our Nikon and an Olympus we have.  I'm not sure what you mean by account though?  The zoom browser ex we have was software from a disc?  ???

Thanks. Yes, we use it for both Canon & Fuji.

Accounts?  Like Daughter has her own 'account' - ie 'user' slot - & I have mine.

Understand now - I thought you meant you had accounts with zoom browser and were using it as an online resource - although I've no idea if you can do this!!   ::)

It may be a permission problem on your daughters account.Is she on the machine with admin privelages?
Another thing to watch for on XP is during installations the program may ask if you want it to be available for any user or for the current user only, It may have been installed as a single user only so might be worth removing it and doing a reinstall to make sure.
