I watched it last night thanks to legless - what a lot of garden that man has!!  Fancy having the space to grow so many squash plants. And what an amazing sized compost heap to match.  I can dream!  I loved this series first time around so delighted to see it again.

Mimi

Love Fork to Fork too. Another old fav is Real Gardens havent seen that one for ages.Lottie chick........just for you   Monty is in that one too ;)
Take time to stop and smell the flowers.

Mrs Ava

yuck, don't like Monty at all, but do enjoy fork to fork.  Those coloured chards on tonites program looked great, but I must ask, his wife used the leaves, but what did she do with those lovely long coloured stems?  I am guessing you chop 'em and steam them, or boil them or roast them........ ???

...or stir fry them with garlic and ginger and soy sauce then add a drop of sesame oil as you serve them ....  Slurp!   :D
