I have downloaded sky by broadband but every time i go to download a film i get a code 1 error.
Have phoned there help line but all they say is to re load it.
Any thoughts thanks ???

I would try this :

uninstall Sky BB
uninstall micro$haft .net 

update Media player http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/default.mspx
update and reinstall .net
http://www.microsoft.com/net/default.mspx

reinstall Sky BB

If that doesn't work then a windows reinstall may sort it.
