help needed please, i am trying to log into the chat room but it keeps saying i am already logged in, any help would be appreciated

Have you logged in on another computer and not logged out?  Have you logged in on your computer at some other point in which case you may need to reset your computer?  Has somebody else logged onto chat with your name (A4A and Chat names do not need to be the same and we do have another Iain.

Did he get in? Am all worried now, he could be stuck in cyber space...  :o

Just to say sorry if I ignored anyone in the chatroom it was not meant as a personal thing. I was just learning how to use the thing. I am new to flash based chatrooms.

Oh sexy snail You have made my day. Another person who can't manage the chat room. He he. I messed up so badly, called for help, son said what the h*ll have you done. In the end he just logged me in with a different name. IE on normal postings I am Lorna on chat I am lorna2.. Happy Christmas to you and yours!!

Don't worry about late last night Snail, when Jen and I were there we realised you were 'doing your own thing'. It happens all the time ...

still have the same problems i go into chat and it says logging out, but when i try and go in again either that day or next it says i am still in chat

That is most curious Iain, perhaps a message to Dan ... ?

I became lost as soon as Iain mentioned "logging in" to the chat room.  I've never had to log in?  I click the icon and I go straight in? 

ever heard of cookies?? 

.....no not the bisquity type with chocolate

the internet ones. If you do and know where they are, delete them all. it will completly log you out and refresh your browser in ever window.

Then log into A4A and it should work.

i run/edit a website and server and from time to time people have to delte all their cookies to see new chanegs made to the site. So i would give it a try for this too.

my cookies are deleted everyday, otherwise if left they would crumble
still cant get in room, so now sent email to dan
