Allotments 4 All

As i am a new O.A.P. !!!!! .... fort i wood try 2 grow old fashioned proper celery ... i read that it is a bog plant and loves water... i have dug trench 12" deep x 15" wide and 2" manure ... NOW i have lined the trench prior wiv lotsa news paper 2 help retain water(not 4 em 2 read !)  Will i regret it ? The seed is Robinson's mammoth white ... CHEERS
