Well, I am giving thanks for my wonderful squash harvest this year, and trying to be traditional as Americans everywhere are tucking in to something pumpkin based, I have baked a Queensland blue and mashed it with some spud and kohl rabi.  This will be served with chunky lamb chops, scattered with fresh rosemary and mushrooms! 

EJ. d**n I couldn't get there in time for your meal!!!! I give thanks that I can say every morning I wake up "Another bonus when I can see my lovely family and see the sky and of course my garden"

My OH and I got married at this time of year, and celebrated Thanksgiving for the very first time when we were in the US on our honeymoon. We now celebrate every year - thanks for each other, our families, our friends...... we have so much to be thankful for.
