They do look happy don't they Wardy. Awful to imagine what they had been through and what they were heading towards.  Shows the British spirit though doesn't it.

Ah right Tim....I've wondered what that has meant for months! 

I'm going to have a root around in my mum's photographs to see what else there might be. I hoping to find a certain one of my Grandad which has a story behind it.
