.....now what I really need is a recipe for a truly exquisite smooth sweet clear and highly alcoholic bindweed brew ::)

That would guarantee the stuff would die and never be seen in the vicinity again :D

A recipe for a horsetail brew would be useful too :-\

Not really home brew, but both bindweed and horsetail are supposed to have medicinal uses  :)  Not sure how much use you'd have for astringent and purgative but thought it might be worth a mention LOL
