First of all my tommies have been decimated by blight so that was a total wash-out.

Then yesterday I was watering my lottie when the hose got caught, gave it a good tug and dislocated me shoulder >:(     Now me right arm is in a sling for at least 2-4 weeks.    Looks like the weeds may win the battle this year, unless I do some left-handed hoeing

Ah well, things can only get better, Mark

Ouch!! :(

Hope you'll be feeling better soon....

What rotten luck, hope it is not too painful. I must remember this. I usually unroll my hose to reach the front of the bungalow to water all the tubs and hanging baskets. It often gets caught up and instead of walking a few yards to see what is wrong I TUG IT... lesson to be learnt. Best wishes Lorna.

Hope your shoulder gets better soon.
Make the most of today, because you'll never have it back again.

Hope you heal soon. It's amazing how quickly you can learn to be left handed when your right arm is out of action!
gone to pot :D

Oh dear, you poor thing, will just have to put your feet up and enjoy the sunshine!  :)

Mark, sounds like you need some tlc.
Now would be a good time for your caring sharing circle of family and friends to learn to share your interests and under your watchful eye maintain your lottie until you are healed - thereby gaining deep and profound insight into the wonders of the produce with which I am sure you regularly grace their platters.

p.s. all pigs fuelled and ready to fly over here, skipper........ ;D

Have only just got back to A4A after a few days hectic work, so just read your post.  Poor you - hope you're recovering and everyone is taking good care of you - and your allotment!!
