BORLOTTI BEANS..HELP ??

Have just harvested a carrier bag full of Borlotti Beans...they looked pretty on the packet but now what do I do?
Can I freeze them... or dry them somehow...any recipes would be appreciated as well. I wait in anticipation of lots of advice!!
