Allotments 4 All

Hi can any one out there put a name to this plant, it is growing on a neighbours allotment and it has us all stumped![/img]

Which one, there appear to be 3 different flowers there.  Looks like borage (the blue one), and the white one looks like a cornflower, and I recognise the orange, but I can't get the name!

Sorry I should have said its the orange one that cant be identified!

Looks like Safflower, maybe ?  If so, the birds just love the seed !  ;D
